What are the dates this year?
November 16th – November 19th

What hours are you open?
We are open daily from 11am – 9pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

On Sunday we are open from 11am – 6pm

What is the admission?
Admission is $15 (including tax) for adults. Children 13 years and younger are admitted free of charge when accompanied by an adult.

Where do I buy tickets?
Tickets are only available at our ticket kiosk located at the front gates. We accept cash, debit, VISA and MasterCard.

No tickets sold after 8:30pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday and 5:30pm on Sunday.

Will Santa be there?
YES! Santa will be in the house on Thursday and Friday between 3-5pm and on Saturday & Sunday from 1 – 4pm

Is there accessibility for wheelchairs?
Regretfully, due to the heritage nature of the house, at this time we only have wheelchair accessibility in the Courtyard and the main floor of the house.

Is there a place for my stroller?
Yes. We are happy to supply ‘stroller parking’ in a designated tented area within the Courtyard.

Please note, strollers are not permitted inside the house.

Is there a coat check?
Yes. Complimentary coat check is available. It is located at the bottom of the Ballroom stairs on the right-hand side (adjacent to the washrooms).

Please be aware, it is mandatory to check all large bags, parcels and backpacks with our coat check.

Where can I park?
There is ample street parking located around the Crescent. Please do read all street signs as some areas do have time restrictions. Additionally we offer Valet Parking for $5

Are pets allowed?
Sorry, no pets allowed. Service dogs are permitted.

Can I leave and re-enter?
Yes, as always, we are pleased to offer free re-admission for any day of the Event. Your initial ticket purchase entitles you to one re-entry (offer is non-transferable). Your free re-entry pass can be obtained from the hostesses at the table located beside the Ticket Kiosk before you leave. We will ask that you sign the re-entry ticket at the time of picking this up and again when you re-enter on another day.

Can I bring my own food?
Sorry, no outside food is permitted.

Where can I eat and drink?
Christmas at Hycroft offers scrumptious snacks, soups, stews and sandwiches in our Terrace Bistro as well as from the Coach House and the independent caterers located in our Courtyard Fair.

Table and chair seating is provided in the Terrace Bistro (which is a large heated tent located directly off the Foyer), and in a large, heated tent area in the Courtyard.

We respectfully request that food and drink remain in these designated eating areas as food and drink is not permitted in the house.

Will alcohol be available?
A selection of beer and wine is available in our Speakeasy, located off the McRae Lounge on the Ballroom Level. Speakeasy hours: Thursday & Friday 5 – 9pm, Saturday 12 – 9pm & Sunday 12 – 6pm. Please note the Speakeasy is a cash only area.

Is smoking permitted?
No. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house or on the Hycroft grounds.

Lost & Found?
If you have found an item please take this to the University Women’s Club Vancouver office located on the main floor inside Hycroft.

If you have lost an item please check with the University Women’s Club Vancouver office in person or by phone; 604-731-4661.
